2. Who do you typically work with? Our clients are primarily B2B technology brands that need clear, authoritative content to reach business decision-makers, created by experienced, senior experts. We bring big-agency experience in technology markets without the big-agency price tag.

3. Do you use AI to write content? No. We do not use generative AI to produce client content. AI may be used internally for research or ideation only. All copy we deliver is human-written, fully owned by the client, and tailored to their specific tone of voice.

4. How is content optimised for LLMs and search engines? We write audience-first content structured to perform well with both traditional search engines and large language models (LLMs). This includes clear, factual writing, logical structure, and alignment with how AI systems surface and cite information. a practice sometimes called Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) or AI search.

5. What is your copywriting process? Our process has three stages: (1) We provide a written quote and service agreement once you share your project brief, word count, and deadline. (2) We work through a structured briefing system, asking detailed questions about your organisation and customers.
