Chris Lee, Founder / CEO
Chris has more than two decades’ experience in PR, digital marketing and technology journalism. He’s led strategic digital projects for Philips and Hilton, organised influencer campaigns for leading brands, and provided communications counsel for major tech brands, including Xerox, Polycom, Kaspersky, Amadeus, as well as start-ups and scale-ups.
Chris is an accredited trainer for the UK’s Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) and has trained in the past for the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), BrightonSEO, and many independent clients.
He’s contributed to the UK’s leading tech title Computing and London’s City AM. In his spare time, he runs the football culture blog, Outside Write. He is the author of two books on football history, Origin Stories: The Pioneers Who Took Football to the World (April 2021) and The Defiant: A History of Football Against Fascism (October 2022).

Rennie Brown, Content Strategist and Copywriter
Rennie brings more than ten years’ experience in business copywriting. Her areas of expertise include startups, FinTech, SaaS, digital transformation and electric vehicles.
She creates high-quality branded content, including blog posts, reports, manuals, opinion pieces, email newsletter copy, and white papers.
Prior to writing business content, Rennie worked as advertising copywriter and spent a decade in publishing, working across a variety of brands, including Unilever, BBC Worldwide, Disney and Mercedes Benz.

We believe that AI can be incredibly useful for content creators, but we only use it in the research, interview, and ideation stages. We never use generative AI for content creation to ensure that we hand our content over to you that it is 100% original and is crafted to meet your specific audience need, match your tone of voice, and drive home your messaging.
While AI appears as a built-in feature on many programmes – for example, for predictive text and search engines – we do use the following standalone tools:
Grammarly: To ensure our grammar and writing is accurate, correct and original.
Otter.AI: To create transcripts from verbal interviews.
ChatGPT: At the ideation stage to spark ideas, we never use ChatGPT to create content.
